Leads technical operations, platform implementation, and healthcare systems architecture for HBEDS. Previously helped build and deploy large-scale clinical workflow and operational systems across 22 hospitals and 185 clinics at Intermountain Healthcare, supporting real-time patient flow, bed utilization, and multi-hospital coordination. His experience spans technical interoperability across complex clinical systems, semantic interoperability that reconciles fragmented healthcare data into trusted operational meaning, and operational interoperability that supports safe patient flow, bed utilization, and regional care coordination at scale, directly informing hospital onboarding, deployment strategy, and enterprise readiness for HBEDS.
